Inside Edge Rentals at Okemo is a boutique rental company specializing in well-appointed condominiums and single family homes on and near Okemo Mountain.

Our philosophy is to rent only to guests we would be comfortable inviting into our own homes. We work with owners who take pride in their vacation home and are looking to make prudent use of the time they are not using it themselves.

Guests who are conscientious and respectful are invited to share in the joy of both on-mountain and off-mountain vacation homes. Our rental agents are passionate and knowledgeable about the Okemo area and enjoy working with guests to ensure that they have a memorable stay.

How it Works

Marketing

Your home is featured on our company website, www.insideedgerentals.com as well as a variety of other booking platforms. In addition, Inside Edge is a member of the Okemo Valley Chamber of Commerce and we have a link on their website as well.

Booking

Our rental agents work with you to manage your availability calendar, blocking out dates for personal use. Your property is booked based on your availability and other pre-determined criteria including maximum number of guests and nightly rate. We maintain a personal touch and do not accept automatic bookings opting to give prompt personal attention to each guest who inquires on one of our properties.

Guests

Inside Edge manages all communication with the guest from booking to check-out. Payment is collected in full prior to giving access to your home. Prompt check-in and check-out is ensured.

Payment

Your guest pays rent, a cleaning fee, 9% rooms & meals tax and a refundable security deposit prior to check-in. After check-out, we conduct a thorough inspection of your home, retaining security deposit if necessary. You receive a detailed income statement and check monthly for the prior month’s net rental (after commission).
